Hemp Seed Oil Chimichurri

Ingredients

1 tbsp dried oregano
3 cloves of garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Rind of 1 lemon
1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, tightly packed
1 1/2 cup fresh coriander, tightly packed
1/2 cup diced red onion
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp freshly-ground black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes, or more, to taste
½ cup New Hemisphere™ Hemp Seed oil

Instructions

Add all ingredients except the Hemp Seed Oil into a food processor, and pulse a few times until chopped.  Slowly pour in the hemp seed oil, while pulsing the mixture a few more times until the oil is combined, and stopping to scrape down the sides of the food processor if needed.

Serve immediately with meat, veggies or bread, or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
