Candy Coated Hemp Power Truffles

Candy Coated Hemp Power Truffles.

Ingredients:

• 250g icing sugar
• 3 Tbsp cocoa
• 120g unsalted butter
• 15-20ml new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Oil
• ½ tsp vanilla essence
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts (mixed)
• 1/2 chopped dried fruit (goji berries/cranberries/strawberries etc)
• Sugar Strands/100’s & 1000’s/Coconut/crushed honeycomb for coating

Instructions:

1. Sift icing sugar and cocoa together in a bowl.
2. Cream butter with hemp seed oil until soft.
3. Gradually beat in icing sugar and cocoa.
4. Mix in vanilla, fruit and nuts.
5. Chill the mixture before shaping.
6. Prepare into 2cm balls then roll in your chosen coating.
7. Store in the fridge. These make great treats for big and small kids!
8. For a more adult version, coat in cocoa powder/icing sugar or coconut.
