Salmon with Hemp Butter
Salmon with Hemp Butter.
Ingredients:
- ½ Cup Unsalted butter
- 10-20ml Hemp oil
- 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic & 1 tbsp chopped Chives or 1/8th tsp black pepper & 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese or 1tsp of each of your favourite fresh herbs.
- 1 salmon or cod fillet
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Poach, Steam or bake salmon or cod fillet with lemon wedge & season with salt & pepper
- Blend unsalted butter with hemp oil; add garlic & chives or black pepper & parmesan cheese or fresh herbs of your choice.
- Prepare butter into a patty & place in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Top the salmon or cod with your prepared hemp butter patty & serve with your choice of potatoes or salads, rice or pasta.
- Garnish & season to your taste.
