Salmon with Hemp Butter

Salmon with Hemp Butter.

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup Unsalted butter
  • 10-20ml Hemp oil
  • 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic & 1 tbsp chopped Chives or 1/8th tsp black pepper & 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese or 1tsp of each of your favourite fresh herbs.
  • 1 salmon or cod fillet
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Poach, Steam or bake salmon or cod fillet with lemon wedge & season with salt & pepper
  2. Blend unsalted butter with hemp oil; add garlic & chives or black pepper & parmesan cheese or fresh herbs of your choice.
  3. Prepare butter into a patty & place in the fridge until ready to serve.
  4. Top the salmon or cod with your prepared hemp butter patty & serve with your choice of potatoes or salads, rice or pasta.
  5. Garnish & season to your taste.
