Hemp Seed Oil Chimichurri
1 tbsp dried oregano
3 cloves of garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Rind of 1 lemon
1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, tightly packed
1 1/2 cup fresh coriander, tightly packed
1/2 cup diced red onion
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Â¼ tsp sea salt
Â¼ tsp freshly-ground black pepper
Â¼ tsp red pepper flakes, or more, to taste
Â½ cup New Hemisphereâ„¢ Hemp Seed oil
Add all ingredients except the Hemp Seed Oil into a food processor, and pulse a few times until chopped.Â Slowly pourÂ in the hemp seed oil, while pulsing the mixture a few more times until the oil is combined, and stopping to scrape down the sides of the food processor if needed.
Serve immediately withÂ meat, veggies or bread, or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
