A Healthy Dairy-Free Alternative!

 ½ cup new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled
 2 cups filtered water
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 2 tsp coconut sugar or 1 tbsp maple syrup
 ¼ tsp sea salt

Blend all ingredients together for 60 seconds using a high speed blender like a NutriBullet.

Use a nut milk bag (or a clean old tea towel) to strain the milk into a clean bowl. You do not have to do this step, it is personal preference.

Pour the milk into a glass jar or bottle and chill. Some sediment may settle but a good shake will remedy.

Use to make smoothies, have on your muesli, or create your own hot chocolate drink.
