Spiced Apple & Banana Smoothie


2 ripe bananas
1 cup ice cubes
1 apple, roughly chopped
¼ cup rolled oats
2 cups almond or coconut milk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
1 tbsp honey, maple or rice malt syrup
2 tbsp new hemisphereâ„¢ hemp seed oil
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon



Add all of the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend for a minute or so until smooth. Pour in to glasses, sprinkle with a little cinnamon and then enjoy! Serves 2-3.
