NZ & AUSTRALIA DELIVERY

Products are usually dispatched the first working day following receipt of your order with delivery being Monday to Friday by courier. It may take up to 5-7 working days for NZ delivery. This is wholly dependent on courier schedule and any weather events. Please note that our courier cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

NZ orders:

Dispatched orders will normally be dispatched within one to two working days of your placing your order and once full payment has been received. Once dispatched south island deliveries should arrive within 2-3 working days, north island deliveries three to five days. .
For rural addresses in NZ, please allow an extra 1-2 working days for delivery.

Australian Orders:

Dispatched orders will normally arrive within 2-3 weeks. This is wholly dependent on the courier service and Australian Customs processes. Please also allow for further delays due to Covid-19 restrictions.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (except Australia):

Dispatched orders will normally arrive within 4-5 weeks depending on the geographical locality of the destination country. Transit times are wholly dependent on courier scheduling both domestically and internationally, and influenced by customs processes of receiving countries. Please also allow for further delays due to Covid-19 restrictions.

FREE DELIVERY

New Zealand on all orders over $100 NZD are eligible for free delivery. Please ensure you select this option at checkout. For orders under this amount, postage is a flat rate of $5.00 to most destinations. Rural delivery is charged at just $8.70.

Australian orders over $250 NZD are eligible for free delivery. Please ensure you select this option at checkout. For all Australian orders under this amount, postage is charged at a flat rate of $35.00.

No other international destinations are eligible for free delivery.

Prices are exclusive of other taxes, duties and charges imposed or levied in New Zealand or overseas in connection with the supply of the Goods.
While we ensure our products are packed sufficiently for posting, sometimes things happen in transit that are beyond our control. If your package arrives in a less than optimum condition let us know as soon as you receive the package and we will endeavour to rectify the issue.

INCORRECT ORDERS

Incorrect orders must be reported to new hemisphere within seven (7) working days of their receipt together with the invoice number. Any Goods returned must be clean and free from price markings. Goods that have been damaged or opened or tampered with in any way or are not resalable may not be credited. This does not extend to damage in transit; in this instance we will endeavour to rectify the issue.

RETURN OF ERRONEOUS OR EXCESSIVE ORDERS

For Goods ordered in excess of your requirements or in error, new hemisphere reserves the right to charge a handling fee of up to 20% of the original invoice value where those Goods are returned. An authorisation is required by new hemisphere prior to the return of any Goods, and new hemisphere is under no obligation to grant any such authorisation.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

If Goods are purchased on the Website, and those Goods do not conform to specification or are defective, then provided such Goods are returned together with the relevant invoice or shipping note to new hemisphere at 165 Walnut Ave, Ashburton, New Zealand, within ten (10) working days of the date of purchase, new hemisphere will at its option, replace such Goods or refund the purchase price.

CREDITS & REFUNDS

Your refund, if authorised, will be credited back to the credit/debit card use in the original purchase and will exclude delivery costs, except where the product is faulty. Please be aware the monies may take several days to show in your account. No credit can be applied to your online new hemisphere customer account.
